Trump 17
Trump_17 is a 2b2t YouTuber, who creates videos about the server's past history. Trump has made several series, such as the 2b2t Timeline video series, Player History and Alternate History. He joined YouTube on June 15, 2017, and has since amassed over 30,000 views and 600 subscribers. His first four videos consisted of cinematic tours of 2b2t, until October of 2017, when he uploaded a video documenting the history of "The 4Chan Period".

Trump's history is long and spotted so in short, he joined after Rusher and went to multiple semi-large bases with friends he met IRL and the server. He visited notable landmarks such as The Valley of Wheat, and eventually was a prominent Gold Member of the New Facepunch Republic.
Production[edit | edit source]
The early videos about 2b2t history made by Trump_17 are pretty much just a slideshow of pictures and videos relating to whatever topic he was covering with text over it. However, on November 10th, 2018, he made a very influential video called "History of xcc2 - 2b2t Player History". The video concerns the experience of xcc2, and is the earliest example of a youtuber using players to act out a historical 2b2t event, so called "Machinimas". He did not use skins for this acts, but instead opted for wearing player heads. He would begin using skins later.
Trump has been increasing the length and quality of his videos since his debut. Trump has received recognition for his high video quality, illustrating the history of the server through fully reenacted minecraft machinimas of events that took place on the server. He has also had good credibility, citing all the sources in his most recent videos, many of which came directly from people involved in the events being discussed. However, Trump has occasionally gotten minor details wrong, though most of which were from his older videos from his 2B2T Timeline series. Trump has also shown little to no bias in his videos, as he himself isn't personally involved in many of the topics.
Despite Trump's mostly positive reception, he has received some minor criticisms, though most of which are from his older videos. The most common complaint is his very delayed and inconsistent upload schedule, with his most recent videos being uploaded upwards of six months apart, although he has claimed this is due to in real life and other 2b2t projects. Trump has also been critiqued for constant frame drops in his videos and minor spelling errors in his videos, though most of these reside in his older videos.
Trump is also what got VillagerFilms, an active New Facepunch Republic member and 2011 2b2t history buff, into YouTube (as well as a Facepunch Republic contest). VillagerFilms is still an actor in Trump's videos.
